We have Company

The crow is getting bolder, and we are encouraging his bad habits. Still, everyone is welcome, no matter what his reputation – we don’t make judgements here:

Well that is so nice to know. But still I would be shoo-ing that crow away!

P.S My husband(the Carpenter) and I have been conspiring for over 20 years of combining his craftmanship and my painting together. Someday..someday. We have lots of ideas and keep dreaming.

Have I mentioned my fear of birds?! A crow flew into our station wagon when I was about 6 and I’ve been afraid ever since!

Kathleen said via email, “you know what they say about the difference between a raven and a crow?

    it’s a matter of a pinion.

did you already know that joke? probably. If not, the back story is that ravens have 9 pinions and crows have 8. or maybe ravens have 8 and crows have 9. either way, that’s why it’s a matter of a pinion.”

No, I hadn’t heard that joke – but now I’ll be telling it!
(Anyone with aspirations to design/sew MUST go to Kathleen’s site fashion-incubator.com, join the forum and buy the book. It’ll be the best money you ever spent.)
