Fun Afternoon

A bit of this, a bit of that. Just felt like making these frivolous little boats.

The embroidered bee is an experiment, another one.
I have been planning to make this side table for a while – driftwood legs, wine-barrel top and rope circumference. It is just one inch shorter than the arm of my sofa, and the rolling cart fits perfectly underneath (which is why it has three legs only).

These sailboats are so darling…I think I've seen then on a linky party and thought "oh no…here we go…another project I will have to find time to make." Great way to use up scraps!
