Another driftwood mirror frame, this time in Stefan’s bathroom. The remainder of the same wonderful wormy branch is a hatrack in my room, and Max’s chance to be lashed-to-the-mast.

Stefan really doesn’t like his mirror, finds it too ‘cute’, but he does like the ripped plank walls (cut to the exact width of the tiles in the shower) and the hefty driftwood beam above his shower, from the same timber around the big dining room mirror. He has shelves too, from a stout but narrow plank with interesting holes I dragged home from a beach walk.

I am of two minds whether to whitewash the planking, since once done, it can’t be undone. And it is a cabin, i.e. wood.
